Sanctuary Ministries is a place where people can gather to be comforted, encouraged, and equipped to follow the dream God has placed in them: a safe place "protected by God's holiness". In this environment, we are to learn to love God with all of our heart and to love others, trusting Him to take care of us. Our times together are designed to allow each person to interact with God through a personal relationship with His son, Jesus Christ. We worship, teach His word, pray for one another, and fellowship.

We believe worship is an intimate expression of our love and thankfulness to our God, who loves us, forgives us, and accepts us by His grace. At Sanctuary, this expression of love takes the form of musical praise, words of thankfulness, and physical standing, kneeling, and raising our hands in honor of Him. Although at some times we are emotionally touched by this activity, it is never the intent of our worship to be selfish. It is always our desire to communicate to God how important He is to us.

Fellowship at Sanctuary is a time of laughter, joy, and encouragement. We believe that personal relationships with one another at this level help us keep a soft heart towards each other and towards Him.

We hope you will find Sanctuary to be a safe place to learn with us, safe from human manipulation and judgment, but open to God's interaction and involvement.
